Cancellations:
Cancellation within 7 days of a registration being completed will receive a refund less £20 administration fee.
Cancellation after 7 days of a registration will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers:
Any registrant wishing to transfer a registration to another person will have to apply in writing to info@al-hidayah.co.uk giving details of their registration and reason for transfer. Al-Hidayah will try to accommodate transfers wherever possible,but, reserve the right to refuse a transfer request if it is not considered possible.
