UK & EUROPE
Be Informed | Be Inspired | Be Spiritual
Al-Hidayah aims to produce positive contributors to modern society. Through underpinning skills development with authentic Islamic theoretical and theological knowledge we aim to provide a holistic approach to tackling issues such as Islamophobia, radicalism, sectarianism and increased materialism. We are proud and honoured to have Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri as our keynote speaker, his presence has provided many with intellectual enlightenment, and spiritual fulfilment.
We are a youth-orientated organisation which aims to tackle contemporary issues with contemporary methods incorporating traditional knowledge. Reviving spirituality, and engaging in critical debate is key to developing our community. Our retreats are one step towards realising this.
We aim to develop and nurture the next generation of change-makers, who will contribute positively to the developmental trajectory of the muslim community. We believe in effective grass-roots change beginning with the reformation of one's own character, and harnessing of specific skills.
WHAT WE DO
What does our vision mean and look like in practice? We hold annual retreats, day-intensives and evening sessions across the UK where esteemed scholars impart knowledge, inspiring workshops develop your skills, and talented artists create and atmosphere of love.
"Body is purified by water, self (nafs) is purified by tears, intellect is purified by knowledge and the soul is purified by love"
The Al-Hidayah team is always expanding and looking for new volunteers. Find out more about joining below.
